XCP-ng and Xen Orchestra are published under open source licenses. You can download, install, and run them at no cost. A support subscription does not unlock the software: it gives your organization access to our engineering team, guaranteed SLAs, and the Xen Orchestra Appliance, a turnkey deployment of Xen Orchestra maintained and updated by Vates.

Each tier covers your full infrastructure and includes XCP-ng support licenses for every host plus one Xen Orchestra Appliance. Pricing scales with host count and the level of service your operations require.

  • Essential / Essential+: Fixed price for up to 3 hosts. Business-day support with 24h response on critical issues.
  • Pro: Per-host pricing from 3 hosts. Business-day support with 24h response on critical issues.
  • Enterprise: Per-host pricing from 4 hosts. 24/7 support with 1h response on critical issues.
