Channel Marketing Specialist
Vates is a French software company specializing in virtualization, offering a credible alternative to proprietary solutions on the market. Our Vates VMS solution enables companies to manage their IT infrastructures in a simple, efficient, and controlled way.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to support the marketing activation of our partner network.
You will work directly with partners to set up and execute co-marketing initiatives, produce the necessary marketing materials, and monitor performance and results.
The channel strategy is defined upstream by dedicated teams; your role is to effectively implement it in the field.
The future Channel Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Head of Channel, the Head of Marketing, Channel Sales teams, as well as Communication, Design, and Content teams, and the reseller partner ecosystem (MSPs, integrators, CSPs, distributors, etc.).
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners (webinars, email campaigns, content, landing pages)
- Act as the direct marketing point of contact for selected partners (integrators, MSPs, distributors)
- Propose concrete and actionable short-term marketing plans with partners
- Organize and host partner webinars (preparation, coordination, follow-up)
- Produce and adapt marketing materials for the channel (presentations, datasheets, content)
- Coordinate content creation with internal teams (content, design)
- Support partners in implementing their own marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the preparation of partner events (trade shows, local campaigns, joint initiatives)
- Track and monitor marketing activities: generated leads, participation, engagement
- Help structure channel marketing tools and assets (partner toolkit)
Nice to have:
Experience with an indirect sales model (channel, partners)
Knowledge of the IT / infrastructure / cloud ecosystem

Location:
Our offices are based in Grenoble or Paris, but we operate on a fully remote model to provide greater flexibility and daily work comfort.

Salary range:
is between 35K and 45K

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally in an IT environment or working with partners)
- Execution- and project-oriented profile, able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Comfortable working with external partners
- Strong writing skills (emails, marketing content)
- Experience in organizing webinars or marketing events
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, webinar platforms)
- Fluent English is required
