Missions

As a Marketing & Communication Project Manager at Vates, you will play a critical role in overseeing and tracking marketing and communication projects to ensure the team meets its objectives effectively and efficiently. You’ll coordinate resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress, ensuring that campaigns and projects are executed on time and align with Vates’ strategic goals for the Vates virtualization & management stack (Vates VMS). This is an exciting opportunity to bring structure and oversight to a dynamic team while contributing to Vates' brand growth and engagement efforts.
  • Define, assign, and track marketing and communication projects, coordinating resources to ensure goals are met within timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, set milestones, and regularly communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to allocate resources effectively, adjusting as necessary to maintain project momentum and address challenges.
  • Assist in setting measurable objectives for campaigns, analyzing performance, and guiding adjustments based on outcomes and team feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency, enabling the team to reach quarterly and annual targets.
  • Maintain a centralized project tracking system, providing visibility and insights into campaign progress, resource allocation, and potential bottlenecks.

Qualifications

  • BS in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing, communications, or a similar environment
  • Strong organizational and project tracking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and experience setting up effective workflows
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support team alignment
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on project performance and resource utilization
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement in project execution and team processes
