On the other hand, there’s a need to retain a portion of the most sensitive data ‘in-house,’ even from the perspective of European digital sovereignty. These new scenarios require a fresh Hybrid/Open approach that allows us to achieve both efficiency and effectiveness goals, as well as environmental sustainability.

Vates has always been committed to developing sustainable open-source virtualization systems (the operating systems of data centers). These systems offer economic savings for public administration and private companies, while also contributing to the ultimate goal of reducing CO2 emissions.
