As we approach the end of 2024, we're thrilled to share some of the latest advancements from Vates, made possible by your ongoing support and constant feedback and collaboration. From Partner Portal enhancements to expanded training and certification opportunities, here are the latest updates for our partners.
⛩️Partner Portal enhancements
We've made several updates to streamline your experience:
Credit Card Payments
Invoices can now be paid directly through the Partner Portal using a credit card! Choose to pay instantly, defer payment for 30 days, or use bank/wire transfers.
Showcasing Certifications:
The Partner Locator now highlights certifications for each partner, helping customers recognize your expertise.
Revamped Marketing Center
Access refreshed resources like the Vates Security Hardening Guide, Vates vs. VMware comparison, and more via an updated user-friendly interface.
Improved FAQs
Our FAQ section now features an enhanced design for quick, easy access to the answers you need.
👩🎓 Training & Certification
Our Training & Certification program continues to thrive, with over 30 individuals trained in 7 sessions this year. To meet growing demand, we’ve added:
- 2 additional sessions in December
- 6 sessions planned for January–March 2025
Localized sessions for our Italian partners are also on the horizon.
📈Building momentum with our Partners in 2024
This year, our Partner Program has reached exciting milestones, and we’re thrilled to continue growing with you:
- Over 200 active partners now placing orders, driving shared success.
- A growing customer base of more than 300 clients supported by our community.
- A dedicated team of 60 professionals working alongside you to achieve more.
