🗺️ Revamped Partner locator
We’ve completely revamped the Partner Locator on our website to now display a comprehensive list of all our registered partners, providing greater visibility and making it easier for customers to connect with a Vates' partner. This is just the first step in our ongoing updates to the Partner Locator.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be adding the names of representatives registered on our Partner Portal, along with their email addresses and phone numbers (when available). As a partner, please ensure that your information is up to date.
📈Partner Portal improvements
We’ve introduced several key features in the Partner Portal to simplify the ordering process and provide you with greater flexibility to meet your customers' needs.
Add a branch to your organization
You can now add multiple branches within your organization to differentiate between different offices.
- Click on the avatar icon located in the upper right corner of the Partner Portal, then select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Public Company Profile" section and find the "Additional Branches / Offices" subsection.
- Enter the required information, then click "Save" to confirm your changes. The changes will be reflected on our website within 24 hours
Order renewal feature
You can now easily renew an existing order for your customers. The renewal will automatically set the start date of the new order to match with the expiration of the previous license, ensuring a seamless transition.
Order upgrade feature
In response to numerous partner requests, we’ve added the ability to upgrade existing orders, adding more hosts and add-ons. This enhancement allows you to better cater to your customers’ evolving needs.
XOSTOR hyperconvergence available
In April, we launched XOSTOR, our cutting-edge hyperconvergence solution for XCP-ng virtualization. XOSTOR is a significant advancement, particularly for customers transitioning from VMware VSAN and seeking a robust alternative.
Built on DRBD technology, XOSTOR is designed for infrastructures with 3 to 7 hosts in a pool, offering a powerful solution for medium-sized environments.

Training & Certification coming soon
Our first training session is just around the corner!
This first course will take place in mid-September, spread across three sessions of four hours each. Event subscription will offer participation for one individual, access to hands-on labs during the training, and additional time to complete the exercises.
Those who successfully pass the evaluation will receive an official Level 1 certification. The sessions will be led by our two expert trainers, ensuring a comprehensive and interactive learning experience.
