As we are thrilled to announce our new partner program, let's review some of the key insights we've already achieved:

  • We currently collaborate with over 250 Partner Accounts across 60 countries. We are happy to say that this includes strong participation in North America, France, Germany, the UK, Australia, Italy, Spain, Canada, Indonesia, India, and Brazil, which represents 70% of our partner base. The remaining 30% come from various other regions.
  • These Partners have generated more than 350 Prospects & Customers spanning 42 countries. Approximately 40% of these accounts are from North America, with the rest distributed across Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Switzerland, the UK, Japan, South Africa, and Belgium. Around 15% originate from other parts of the world.
  • Our Partner network is expanding rapidly, with an average of 30 new applications reviewed each month. While North America remains the primary source, we are seeing increased interest from Brazil, India, Malaysia, and various European countries.
  • The top-selling product through our Partners is VMS Enterprise, followed by VMS Essential Plus. This highlights the strong value and feature set of our bundles, as well as the importance of our 1-hour SLA to our Partners.
  • We have redeemed and rewarded over 300 Partner-initiated Actions.
  • More than 80 individuals have successfully completed our training programs.

🚀 Introducing the 2025 Partner Program

Vates is evolving at a rapid pace, with partners playing a central role in this transformation. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our 2025 Partner Program — designed to equip a diverse range of partners with the resources and incentives needed to accelerate growth, enhance profitability, and deliver exceptional value to customers.

In 2025, our program encompasses four distinct partner categories:

  • Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Resellers
  • Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
  • Order Takers

Each partner type has unique characteristics, so we’ve tailored the benefits and requirements to best support their specific needs.

Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

Managed Service Providers (MSPs) work closely with customers, offering expert guidance on planning, installation, management, and ongoing support for their infrastructure.

As key advocates and users of our virtualization stack, MSPs make the most significant investment in promoting our solutions. In recognition of their efforts, we offer them the highest discount levels, along with the highest expectations.

MSP Benefits and Requirements

  • Customer discounts starting at 20%
  • Access to deeply discounted Internal Use Licenses
  • Will receive incentives for Actions such as new setups, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Additional discounts for Charity, Education, and Non-Profit sectors
  • Volume Discounts available upon reaching Tier 3
  • Installment payment options for high-value orders after reaching Tier 3
  • Dedicated Sales Account Manager and Technical Account Manager upon reaching Tier 4
  • Complimentary Sales Training (mandatory from Tier 3 onwards)
  • Technical Training required after reaching Tier 3
  • Expected to provide Level 1 Support
  • Expected to complete a minimum of two Customer Sales per year

Resellers

Reseller Partners purchase services on behalf of their customers, offering a simplified and centralized procurement process without directly managing the customer’s infrastructure.

Resellers are only expected to provide pre-sales assistance, without offering support or engaging in additional services. Given this limited involvement, we offer attractive incentives while adjusting our expectations accordingly.

Reseller Benefits and Requirements

  • Discounts starting at 10%
  • Additional discounts for Charity, Education, and Non-Profit sectors
  • Volume Discounts available upon reaching Tier 3
  • Installment payment options for high-value orders after reaching Tier 3
  • Dedicated Sales Account Manager upon reaching Tier 4
  • Complimentary Sales Training (mandatory from Tier 3 onwards)
  • Subject to a Late Involvement Discount if joining a deal at a late stage, after Vates or another organization has already done the groundwork
  • Expected to complete a minimum of two sales per year

Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)

CSPs purchase Internal Use Licenses for their own infrastructure, which they leverage to resell Virtual Machines to their customers.

These partners operate similarly to volume-license buyers but receive additional rewards for doing Actions.

CSP Benefits and Requirements

  • Discounts starting at 5%
  • Will receive incentives for Actions such as new setups, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Installment payment options for high-value orders after reaching Tier 3
  • Dedicated Sales Account Manager and Technical Account Manager upon reaching Tier 4
  • Technical Training required after reaching Tier 3
  • Eligible for additional discounts upon meeting the minimum revenue threshold for Tier 1

Order Takers

We recognize that some partners may not be able to meet the minimum requirement to make two sales per year or immediately commit to our minimum requirements.

To provide flexibility, Order Takers can purchase services for Customers at full price without any sales obligations.

Order Taker Benefits and Requirements

  • Can purchase services on behalf of their customers
  • Allowed to resell our services without restrictions
  • No minimum requirements or obligations
  • Listed on our website alongside MSPs, Resellers, and CSPs
  • Not eligible for discounts
