Missions
In your role as a Virtualization Support & Certification Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, helping them maximize the potential of our virtualization solutions. Your primary focus will be providing high-quality technical support to users, addressing their issues through our ticketing system. Additionally, you’ll lead training sessions for users aiming to achieve their first-level certification and conduct product demos for prospective customers. This role combines customer support, training, and pre-sales responsibilities, offering a well-rounded position with a diverse set of tasks.
This position is ideally suited for a candidate in the Pacific Daylight Time zone to align with business hours for optimal support coverage.
Your responsibilities are:
- Providing responsive and effective support for users through our help desk system
- Delivering solutions that leverage our product stack to resolve customer issues
- Conducting training sessions for users preparing for their first-level certification
- Demonstrating our products to potential customers, showcasing key features and benefits
- Collaborating closely with our skilled team to continuously improve customer support and training quality
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to complex issues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in training or instructional roles, especially in technical subjects
- Comfortable conducting live product demonstrations for varied audiences
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, willing to contribute to shared goals
