A must-attend event for cybersecurity in Europe

Vates was proud to be part of the InCyber Forum 2025 at Lille Grand Palais, one of the largest cybersecurity events in France. From April 1 to 3, we joined a vibrant space designed for meaningful conversations, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.

Why is InCyber Forum a key event?

Formerly known as the International Cybersecurity Forum (FIC), the InCyber Forum is one of the largest European events dedicated to cybersecurity and digital trust. Each year, it brings together thousands of experts, businesses, public institutions, and decision-makers.

The forum provided us with a space to meet key cybersecurity players from all over Europe, including tech companies, innovative startups, and government institutions. It was a unique opportunity for us to exchange insights on current challenges and emerging solutions. For Vates, attending this forum is not just about being present in the ecosystem—it’s about sharing a vision.

With the increasing number of cyberattacks and evolving regulations (such as GDPR or the NIS2 directive), cybersecurity has become a strategic priority for businesses and administrations. The InCyber Forum allows us to discover best practices, innovative solutions, and industry trends.

This event also enabled us to meet partners, establish new collaborations, and explore market trends.

Why Vates? Why now?
Virtualization is central to the construction of secure infrastructures, from the separation of workloads to the provision of controlled environments.

At Vates, we’re proud to develop solutions based on Xen, a hypervisor recognized for its secure-by-design architecture. Whether for sensitive workloads, edge deployments, or public administration, virtualization technologies like ours are the basis for trusted digital services.

How was this edition?

We had rich discussions with many attendees interested in discovering our platform—people ranging from tech leads to IT decision-makers, all curious to explore open and resilient virtualization solutions. These conversations confirmed the growing need for alternatives that combine performance, transparency, and trust.

And now?

This edition of the InCyber Forum reminded us of our belief in the power of collaboration throughout the cybersecurity community. We come back energized, with new relationships, new insights, and a clear imperative to persist in creating infrastructure solutions that protect what matters.
