We are very pleased with the continued expansion of our partner ecosystem. The number of newly onboarded partners has exceeded expectations, reinforcing both the strength and attractiveness of our channel strategy.

The past financial year marked a significant milestone, with 150% growth in channel revenue, clear evidence of strong partner execution and increasing market demand. This momentum is further supported by a solid renewal rate, underscoring customer satisfaction and long-term value creation.

From a product perspective, the vast majority of orders were driven by VMS Enterprise, confirming its position as the preferred solution across our partner network.

Partner engagement has also accelerated significantly, with a +200% increase in channel-driven trial requests, reflecting growing interest and confidence in our offerings.

Building the Foundation

The period from 2023 to 2025 marked our Channel Foundation Program, with a clear objective: to rapidly expand and scale our partner network. During this phase, we focused on accelerating partner acquisition, broadening market coverage, and establishing a strong global channel footprint.

2025 stood out as a pivotal year, as we successfully stabilized the business while preparing the channel to support significantly higher growth expectations.

2026: From Scale to Quality

As we enter 2026, our channel strategy evolves from prioritizing growth and volume to focusing on partner engagement, capability, and quality.

While expansion remains important, greater emphasis is now placed on active partner involvement, value-driven collaboration, and measurable contribution across commercial, technical, and marketing activities. Rewards will increasingly reflect the level of engagement and investment within the Vates ecosystem.

This shift ensures that our partner network is not only large, but also high-performing, engaged, and built for long-term sustainability, creating a model where success is shared and contributions are fairly recognized.

Introducing Distributors

In 2026, we are also introducing a new partner type: Distributors.

Distributors play a critical role in scaling the ecosystem by enabling, supporting, and supplying their own partner networks, rather than engaging directly with end customers. This approach allows us to extend our reach while maintaining strong partner alignment and support structures.
